Indications
Intrahepatic cholestasis, liver damage: toxic, including alcoholic, viral, medicinal (antibiotics, antitumor, antituberculosis, antiviral drugs, tricyclic antidepressants, oral contraceptives); cirrhotic and precirrhotic conditions; encephalopathy, incl. associated with liver failure (alcoholic, etc.); depressive and withdrawal syndrome.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, pregnancy (I and II trimesters).
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Contraindicated in pregnancy (I and II trimesters). At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.
Side effects
From the digestive tract: when taken orally – heartburn, pain or discomfort in the epigastric region, dyspepsia.
Other: allergic reactions.
Precautionary measures
Given the tonic result, it is not suggested to take before bedtime. Treatment is carried out under medical supervision. During long-term therapy, it is necessary to determine the content of urea and creatinine in the blood serum. In cirrhotic and precirrhotic conditions against the background of hyperazotemia, the level of nitrogen in the blood should be carefully monitored.

The solution is prepared immediately before use; the tablet is removed from the package before taking. If the color of the lyophilized powder or tablet changes color, you should refrain from using them.
