An annual herbaceous plant with a stem no higher than 40 cm shortly appressed hairy; leaves trifoliate, with stipules of three oblong-ovate leaflets on equal, very short petioles. The flowers are yellow, collected 25-40 in somewhat loose, spherical or oblong heads; calyx bare; one-seeded bean. Blooms in June-July.
It grows in dry meadows, in pine forests. Occurs quite often.
Vitamin E, carotene, carotenoids were found in the grass. Grass is brewed like tea and drunk with diarrhea, pain; vodka tincture is used for weakness, noise in the head, fainting, as an analgesic and sedative; believe that it has a good effect on the work of the heart and lungs; restless babies are bathed in a water decoction.
