Name: Volodushka multiveined
VOLODUSHKA MULTI-VEIL (multi-nervous)
Perennial herbaceous plant up to 70 cm tall. Basal and lower stem leaves with 5-7 veins, lanceolate or linear-lanceolate. The middle and upper stem leaves are 2-4 times shorter than the lower ones, sessile, lanceolate and long-pointed. The flowers are yellow, collected in umbrellas. The fruits are oval.
Distributed in the southern part of the forest and forest-steppe zones, the subalpine zone of Western and Eastern Siberia. Grows in steppe meadows, outskirts of forests, not often on rocky slopes.
Medicinal raw material is a herb collected during flowering in June-July.
An infusion of the herb is used for diseases of the liver and gallbladder, feverish infectious diseases, dizziness, headache, and as a tonic. Outwardly, an infusion of herbs is used to wash the skin with itchy rashes and purulent lesions.
Application
Infusion: 3 teaspoons of the herb infused for an hour in a glass of boiling water and drink 1/2 cup 3 times every day before meals for 20-25 days.
