Indications

Acute ischemic disorder of cerebral circulation of mild and moderate severity, subacute and recovery period of ischemic stroke, cerebrovascular insufficiency, dyscirculatory encephalopathy, vegetative-vascular dystonia, asthenic syndrome, depression, senile psychosis, condition after traumatic brain injury and neuroinfection; migraine; conditions accompanied by anxiety, fear, increased irritability, emotional lability (as part of complex therapy); relief of acute alcohol intoxication (as part of complex therapy), chronic alcoholism (reduction of asthenic, asthenoneurotic, post-psychotic, pre-recurrent conditions), alcoholic encephalopathy; improving the tolerance of physical and mental stress (in stressful and extreme conditions of activity, restoration of the physical performance of athletes). Urination disorder (organic, functional).

In ophthalmology: primary open-angle glaucoma with compensated pressure, diseases of the retina and optic nerve of vascular origin (as part of complex therapy) – orally, retrobulbar, intramuscularly.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, kidney disease (acute, chronic).

Side effects

Nausea, headache, dizziness, irritability, agitation, anxiety, allergic reactions (rash, itching); flushes to the face, redness of the face, paresthesia (with rapid intravenous administration).
