Indications for use:
As an expectorant for lung diseases accompanied by cough, as an anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic (relieving spasms) remedy for hyperacid gastritis (inflammation of the stomach due to persistent increase in acidity), peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum.
Pharmacological action:
Expectorant.
Radix Glycyrrhizae (Licorice root) method of administration and dosage:
Take as an infusion (15.0:200.0) in a tablespoon 4-5 times every day.
