Indications for use:
It is used for the treatment of various wounds: scalped (with complete or almost complete separation of an extensive skin flap), postoperative, superficial Burn wounds of II and III degrees (in preparation for dermatoplasty / to restore the skin /), abrasions, trophic ulcers (slow-healing skin defects).
Pharmacological action:
Collagen film with sea buckthorn oil. It has a wound healing effect (stimulates reparative processes /healing/ in the wound, promotes healing and growth of granulations /formation of connective tissue at the site of the wound surface/), accelerates epithelialization /recovery of the skin surface or mucous membrane/).
Oblecolum (Oblekol) method of administration and dose:
Outwardly. After sanitation (treatment), the wounds are covered. The drug is sterilely removed from a plastic bag, the film is cut out according to the size of the wound surface, it is placed with tweezers for 10-20 seconds in an isotonic sodium chloride solution or furatsilin solution and applied to the wound surface, pressing it tightly to the bottom of the wound. A conventional aseptic (sterile) bandage is applied over the film. The dressing is changed after 2-3 days. Depending on the nature and severity of the wound process, the course of treatment requires from 3 to 15 applications (overlays).
Oblecolum (Oblekol) contraindications:
Profuse (abundant) bleeding and profuse purulent discharge from the wound.
Oblecolum (Oblekol) side effects:
In the first hours of applying the film, sensations of pain and burning of the wound are possible.
Release form:
Films are sterile, packed into plastic bags on 10 pieces. sizes 5 x 5 cm and 10×10 cm.
Oblecolum (Oblekol) composition:
1 g of the film contains 0.01 g (1%) of sea buckthorn oil.
Storage conditions:
In a dry laying, protected from light place.
