Indications for use:
Diseases of the liver and biliary tract caused by intoxication (poisoning) except for cirrhosis with ascites (accumulation of fluid in the abdominal cavity), myocardial infarction, chronic heart failure (decreased pumping function of the heart), heart rhythm disturbances; dermatosis (skin diseases), alimentary and alimentary-infectious malnutrition (insufficient tissue nutrition due to malnutrition or an infectious disease) in babies, etc.
Pharmacological action:
It has an anabolic (enhancing protein synthesis) effect in violation of protein metabolism, accompanied by a deficiency of orotic acid. Orotic acid is a precursor of substances that are involved in the synthesis of protein molecules.
Kaliiorotas (Potassium orotate) method of administration and doses:
