Indications for use:
Prevention and treatment of bleeding in the treatment of hemophilia B and other diseases caused by factor IX deficiency.

Pharmacological action:
It has a specific hemostatic effect in hemophilia B (a hereditary disease manifested by increased bleeding) and other diseases associated with insufficiency of blood coagulation factor IX.

Factor IX R (Factor ix n) method of administration and dose: The
dose is selected depending on the degree of factor IX deficiency, as well as the size and site of bleeding. The required amount of factor IX is determined as follows: with the introduction of 1 ME per 1 kg of body weight, the level of factor IX increases by about 1% of the norm. The drug is diluted in the supplied solvent and administered intravenously slowly or as an infusion.
If allergic reactions occur, glucocorticoids, antihistamines are prescribed, in severe cases – adrenaline. Patients with allergic diathesis are recommended prophylactic administration of glucocorticoids and antihistamines.

Dry substance for intravenous administration in vials, complete with a solvent.

Rarely – allergic reactions, increased body temperature.

Storage conditions:
In a cool, dark place.

Factor IX R (Factor ix n) composition:
One vial contains lyophilized (freeze-dried under vacuum) fraction of human plasma with factor IX activity of 300, 600 or 1200 IU. The solvent contains water for injection 10, 20 or 30 ml, respectively.
